What will I be doing?

\n\nShifts generally starts at 6am \nWelcome guests in a polite and friendly manner\nCoordinate seating for customers\nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives\nManage table set-ups\nAble to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events\nFollow cash handling procedures\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nComply with local licensing laws\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\n\n

\n\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitment to delivering high levels of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work on your own or in teams\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious Food and Beverage and/or industry experience\nExperience with cash handling\nKnowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations\n\n
