The Job Role

\n\nManage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards\nLead by example by being present on the floor throughout service\nEffectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service\nLook for opportunities to recognise & wow the guests\nHandle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner\nAccurately manage all transactions during service\nWork with your team to continually improve guest satisfaction\n\n

The ideal candidate should be

\n\nPrevious experience in organizing food and beverage service\nExperience in leading a team\nAbility to demonstrate delegation skills\nFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations\nA passion for developing others to be part of a winning team\nSomeone who loves an early start to the day\n\n
