What you will do:

Follows hospital defined policies.As necessary, in partnership with Quality, determine quality measures based on external benchmarks and internal efforts.All duties and responsibilities assigned under the Endeavor Health Medical GroupMaintains department records, reports, and files as required.Attend departmental meetings as required.Enhances professional development through participation in educational programs, current literature reviews, in-services, meetings, and workshops.Promotes the goals, expectations, and policies of the department and organization and represents the department in appropriate clinical and administrative meetings.Carry a pager at all times unless alternative coverage is arranged.Adheres to Endeavor Health and North Shore policies and procedures.Takes on specific tasks as assigned by senior management.
