The Breast Patient Nurse Navigator ensures timely access and seamless coordination of services to all patients by assisting with access issues, developing relationships with services and tracking interventions and their outcomes. Job Requirements: EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE Required: ● Graduate of an accredited nursing degree program ● Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State Salary Range for 20 hour/week Schedule $37,500 - $42,500/ annually Based on verified education and experience ● Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Preferred: ● Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred ● Certification as a Certified Clinical Breast Examiner through MammaCare and National Consortium of Breast Centers National certification (CBPN-IC) IF HIRED OR LICENSED AFTER 1/1/2017 ● Graduate of an accredited Nursing degree.
