Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role. **Core Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the Experience Design team, LEGO Model Productions' global creative team, Merlin's model production teams to drive innovation and creativity and deliver brick-focused projects and activities in line with the LEGOLAND brand vision + Lead the innovation agenda for LEGOLAND's brick experiences, including models, minilands, miniworlds, brick play experiences, and Master Model Builders' work + Oversee all global brick-related activities, identifying dependencies, impediments, and risks, and addressing challenges and opportunities + Collaborate with Merlin Magic Making to continuously build & improve processes, tools, and capabilities related to the LEGO brick agenda + Mentor and guide team members from the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, enhancing their skills and knowledge in brick building and experiences + Cultivate strong relationships with designers to promote collaboration and innovation. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator globally and the largest in Europe, with over 100 attractions reaching more than 60 million guests annually. The group includes 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 25 LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, 7 LEGOLAND Hotels, and 3 LEGOLAND Water Parks, with plans for continued expansion. The LEGO Brand Parks & Experience team is vital for fostering a positive relationship between The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, supporting LEGO's mission to nurture future builders through strategic partnerships and connections! In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing LEGO brick content, quality, and experiences across all LEGOLAND-branded attractions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that LEGO brick initiatives are delivered in alignment with the strategic objectives of both the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, enhancing the overall experience at all LEGO-branded attractions. **Do you have what it takes?** + Proven design management experience with successful delivery of brick or guest-focused experiences, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and projects, and building trust with diverse collaborators. + Strong knowledge of the LEGO brand and bricks, with an innovative approach and excellent digital design skills + Strong visual skills in digital visualization and/or analogue sketching, along with good communication and presentation abilities. + Excellent interpersonal skills for partner engagement, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent collaborator and problem solver with great attention to detail, who is passionate about achieving outcomes and leads with enthusiasm and care + Self-starter and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. + Ability to travel up to 1 month per year Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
