What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Mountain West Bridge Group. This position will provide opportunities to:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop project management capabilities, such as monitoring budgets and schedules, interacting with clients, and leading junior engineers. Work on interesting and challenging projects, from planning through design and construction. Lead technical and project discussions with the design team. Take responsibility for the quality control/assurance of project deliverables. Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports. Perform structural design, analysis, and prepare design sketches. Instruct draftspersons on design drawings. Help build our Idaho business.The Position
You will work in a fun and dynamic team to produce a range of deliverables from planning studies to construction documents and provide support to our clients during construction. Our group’s projects are primarily in the public works sector, with a broad range of project types.

Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural MS in Structural Engineering preferred PE License Proficiency with CSI Software Suite (SAP, CSI Bridge), PG Super, or similar Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Effective written and verbal communication Passionate about providing exceptional client services Strong technical and organizational abilitiesOur Team
