**Job Summary:** The Bridge Engineer I will be responsible for assisting in the design, analysis, and inspection of bridges and other structures. This role will involve collaborating with a team of engineers to ensure the structural integrity and safety of bridges under construction or in need of repair. **Minimum Requirements:** • Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering • Entry level up to 3 years of bridge or structural experience • Good written and verbal communication skills **Technical Requirements:** • Fundamentals of Engineering license preferred • Experience wi or similar preferrth MS Office applications required • Experience with Bentley MicroStationed **Job Responsibilities inclide but are not limited to:** + Geometric and structural design of bridges and retaining walls + Review of bridge design calculations and plans + Projects will include prestressed concrete and steel bridges with various types of retaining walls including MSE and soldier piles + The design and plan preparation for a wide range of transportation projects, including roadway widening, intersection improvements, interstate/interchange design, and trail/multi-use path design. + Candidate will work under the direct supervision of a licensed P.E. as part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team of planners and engineers.
