Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable individual for a position as a BRIDGE FOREPERSON to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus. Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer). **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Monitor and schedule crew productions and understand goals. + Ensure compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations. **Required Qualifications:** •A minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge construction. •A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience. •Strong attention to detail. •Excellent communication skills. •Analytical and problem-solving skills. •Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as a team. •Must possess a clean valid driver’s license. •Must have proficient knowledge with NYSDOT standard specification as it relates to bridge construction. •Must be willing to travel. •Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. **Compensation:** Competitive wage commensurate with experience.
