-Under general supervision, performs bridge inspections of basic to moderate complexity.
-Evaluate the condition of the structure. Documents deterioration, structural condition, and any needed sampling.
-Documents deficiencies.
-Reviews inspection-related documentation including drawings, specifications, plans, etc. as necessary to prepare for the inspection.
-Understands the part of the design that will be inspected. -Under general supervision, performs bridge inspection-related calculations of basic to moderate complexity.
-Performs other duties as required.
-Draft documents, sketches, and related items to communicate bridge structural deficiencies and other related bridge inspection issues.
-Calculates quantities and repair cost estimates for repair-identified deficiencies.
-Communicates inspection report to the client.
