The Bridge to Consulting Workshop enables sophomore (second year) students who have demonstrated a commitment to promoting the firm's values of diversity and inclusion within their community to explore life as an Associate at BCG.​ The program will also provide exposure to consultants from our Employee Networks, including the Black+Latinx@BCG and Indigenous@BCG Networks, who will share more about their experience in consulting and at BCG.
