BRINE TEAM MEMBERS monitor the brining solution, times the cheese for proper brining and maintains the brine logs. Experience working with tanks, hand operated cranes, documenting Ph levels and troubleshooting to solutions. Removing cheese from bring tank and ensure cleanliness of the tanks. Meet customer specifications in compliance with company policy related to GMP’s and safety. Cross train in Production areas and responsibilities. The Brine Team Member will have to spend up to 8 hours standing, bending, twisting, turning, using arms and hands for reaching, throwing, handling, and manipulating objects, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, need to climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other climbing devices, be able to see naturally or with correction, to safely perform designated tasks.
