Broad-Based Compensation Analyst

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You'll play a key role in ensuring our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate job roles and recommend salary ranges
* Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and equity grants
* Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and compensation tools
* Maintain and update job descriptions and compensation structures
* Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance on job offers and promotions
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
* Assist in the development and delivery of compensation-related training and communications
* Participate in compensation-related projects and process improvements
