Broad Market Key Account Manager

Let's talk about the role:

1、完成零售渠道的各项销售任务及指标;

2、制定所辖市场销售策略,对辖区内以KA/连锁店/专柜等进行全面开发管理;

3、KA客户梳理,根据现有区域实际情况,确定核心客户,重点客户分级,推动区域产品铺货。

4、KA赋能:定期组织店员做有关服务意识及产品知识的培训, 门店产品及品牌形象维护指导并管理门店陈列展示等; 跟进重点客户O2O,B2C活动

5、通过经营数据分析和检查诊断,指导 药房 门店经营,达成经营目标

Let's talk about you:

1、本科以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业;

2、5年以上KA/OTC销售工作经验及管理经验;在当地具有丰富的客户资源并有成功的操作案例优先考虑;

3、了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识;

4、熟悉零售及商业各渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点;

5、诚实守信,具有出色的沟通、协调能力和良好的团队合作精神;

6、熟练掌握电脑操作技能
