Job Title: Broadband Installer Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 annually ($31.25 - $38.46 hourly). The hourly rate listed is an estimated, this role is compensated using component / piece pay model.  Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401k, etc. Location: Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas Must Haves: + 1 yr of experience installing fiber to the home (FTTH) + Provide your own vehicle capable of having a ladder rack attached to it for carrying a 28' ladder + All required work authorization for employment in the United States. No visa sponsorship provided. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broadband Installer to join our team. As a Broadband Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-speed internet and other communication services for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities: + Install and configure broadband equipment and related devices in customers' homes and businesses. + Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with broadband services. + Provide exceptional customer service and support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. + Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights and in tight spaces. + Follow company procedures and guidelines for proper equipment handling and maintenance. + Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. + Stay up-to-date with new technology, trends, and industry developments related to broadband installation and services. Requirements: + Previous experience in broadband installation, telecommunications, or related field preferred. + Knowledge of networking and computer hardware/software. + Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
