DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Production
1.1. 85M forecast sales per month
1.2. Send sample computations, project details and availability of project inquiry to brokers.
1.3. Cascade memo regarding pricelist, promos, and price increase.
1.4. Provide assistance to brokers for inquiries and concerns prior and during the reservation process.
1.5. Provide Tripping assistance.
2. Recruitment / Networking
2.1. Recruit at least 10 new brokers per month.
2.2. Twice a month or every other week schedule of online accreditation training.
2.3. At least 5 Brokers with Unit sale per month.
2.4. Schedule and coordinate rehash training to brokers for renewal.
3. Sales Activities
3.1 Project and docs Project Presentation with broker groups once every month
3.2 Broker Visit or Online meeting with broker/broker group everyday
3.3 Sending of project inventories & reopen units everyday ; Cascading of memos, updates and advisories
3.4 Sending emailers, project poster ads and uploading of engagement posts in personal groups
4. Customer Orientation
4.1 Assistance on reservation process; Assist and resolve commission concerns & inquiries
4.2 Cascading of commission vouchers and OR compliance list
4.3 Gather facts and background information regarding problem accounts (recommends actions, suggest approval)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 2 years experience in Sales in the field of real estate
