Broker Coordinator (Cebu Based)

Qualifications:

Graduate of Marketing Management, Real Estate Management of any business-related course 

With at least one (1) year experience in the field of Real Estate, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Must be willing to work at our Cebu Head Office (Good Shepherd Road, Banawa Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City) 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management 

Provides support to sellers under the Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse Divisions in addressing non-standard client requests, from the forecast stage through to closing.

Evaluates and endorses requests, ensuring complete documentation is forwarded to the appropriate department within 2–3 working days upon receipt.

Ensures the accurate and timely submission of all required documents for account closing for both Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse sellers.

Facilitates the closing of forecast accounts within 30 to 45 days from the date of reservation.

 

Sales Activities 

Organizes events like Open House and General Assembly for Cebu Brokers Division and Cebu Inhouse Division that would generate sales and recruit new sellers. 

Disseminates information such as memos, promos, and payment terms to Cebu Brokers and Davao Inhouse Sellers. 

Assists Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse Sellers on new reservation by providing project details, pricelists, computations, and all other sales related concerns and inquiries. 

 

Other Tasks 

Assists applicants under Cebu Inhouse and Cebu Brokers Divisions with all accreditation-related concerns.

Records details of new sellers in Excel and prepares corresponding identification cards.

Handles the processing of seller allowances and contract renewals.

Provides professional and high-quality service to clients before, during, and after the sales process, ensuring all concerns are promptly addressed.
