What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for administrative and office support, keeping everything running smoothly.Bring marketing ideas to life by creating digital flyers, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.Manage calendars, meetings, and reports like a pro.Update and maintain client and deal tracking databases.Proofread and polish documents to perfection.Help manage deal documentation, expenses, and approvals with precision.Provide occasional backup support for teammates.What You Bring:
Experience: 1–3+ years in administrative, marketing, or a similar field preferred.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Salesforce is a bonus!Skills: A knack for organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Attitude: You’re a self-starter, team player, and excel in both independent and collaborative settings.Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills.Why You’ll Love This Job:

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
