Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Customs clearance for imports and exportsUpdating cargo statusResponding to customer inquiriesHandling instructions from domestic and international sources

Required Skills

Knowledge and experience in customs clearance (Customs Specialist certification preferred)Communication skills (with customers, customs, team members, and other departments)PC skills (Word, Excel) - proficiency in Excel functions and macros preferredTime management skillsEnglish communication skills (writing and reading), conversational ability preferredBasic knowledge of SCS internal system E2KValid driver's license (for driving between the office and Kansai Airport for customs-related tasks)

High communication skills to build good relationships with department heads and employeesAbility to analyze problems, propose solutions, and execute themAbility to quickly adapt to changesAbility to concentrate and persistently perform tedious administrative tasks
