We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team member to join the Alternative Operations team at SS&C Brokerage Solutions. We are looking for a positive self-starter with superior decision making, time management, and communication skills as well as a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and has a proven track record of working remotely with little supervision. This role will require you to build strong relationships with various parties including fund administrators, custodians and asset managers. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working within a fast growing segment of the financial services industry.

Communicate effectively and develop relationships directly with fund administrators and issuers Review fund documents and perform data entry to track client balances and transactions as appropriateIdentify and resolve data reporting discrepancies and escalate to senior team as neededEnsure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all client reporting needsAssist in identifying process improvementsDevelop, implement, and maintain operating proceduresAdditional responsibilities based on capacity, skill, and interestWhat You Will Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related industry experience preferredExcellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skillsComputer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentThank you for your interest in SS&C!
