Position Summary

Trains and supervises the brokerage dispatchers and customer service teams in the organization.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversees the implementation of daily operations.Assigns, instructs, and reviews the work of team members.Monitors employee performance and resolves escalations.Ensures team members follow safe operations rules, regulations, and procedures.Reviews and implements policies and processes to maximize output.Collaborates with leadership to establish and develop strategic plans for operational activity.Trains and coaches cross-functional teams on operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.5+ years of logistics, customer service, or transportation experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
