Job Summary:

The Brokerage Recruiter at Cardinal Logistics is responsible for filling open Brokerage/Drayage positions for the organization. They will handle the process from the stage of finding potential applicants via various sources, such as social media or applicant tracking systems to interviewing and offering positions to the qualified applicants.
 

Essential Functions:

Full cycle recruitment - sourcing, interviewing and extending job offers Finding top talent - Using various sourcing techniques including reviewing applications, job boards, attending recruiting events, using various social media platforms Grow relationships with active and passive candidates Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring decisions Represents and promotes the organization's culture and opportunities with confidence in a positive, enthusiastic manner to build the brand and attract talent Qualify candidates by understanding job descriptions and qualifications Will work with our multiple locations, managers and departments to fulfill their hiring needs

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships Ability to work in a team environment Previous ATS, HCM and HRIS systems experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and projects Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media platforms Ability to travel to career fairs and Cardinal offices as needed Logistics and supply chain recruiting experience preferred EEO/AA/M/F/VETS/DISABLED Other details Pay Type Salary Required Education High School
