As a Brokerage Service Associate, you’ll work directly with clients, assisting with account maintenance, website navigation, asset transfers, correspondence inquiries, and general service requests. If you’re FINRA licensed, you’ll also process equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income orders. You’ll serve as a trusted backup to our Financial Advisors and help connect clients with our Wealth Management Advisory Services team and U.S. Bank partners when appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Five or more years of relevant work experience

Active FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 registrations or completion of required exams to obtain registrations within pre-determined timeframe

Preferred Skills/Experience

Dependable and customer-focused

Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools

Experience in a contact center environment

Background in banking or financial services

FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7 & 63) or a strong desire to become licensed

College degree in Finance, Economics, or Business

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $25.63 - $34.18 - $37.60
