About the Role:
The BSA/AML Program Management Lead supports the overall BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program by coordinating program management activities, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment between compliance efforts and business objectives. This role assists in supporting compliance strategies, managing program governance processes, and supporting the execution of BSA/AML program oversight functions.

What You Will Do:
Issue Management
Coordinate the identification, tracking, and resolution of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance issues and findings Support internal tracking and ensure timely resolution of audit findings, examination issues, and internal control deficiencies Support root cause analysis processes and coordinate corrective action plan development Monitor issue remediation progress and facilitate escalation for overdue or complex issues Assist in the preparation of issue status reports for management and regulatory audiences Support the execution of compliance testing programs and validation activities Facilitate issue management reporting to committees and senior managementRisk Assessment Support:
Coordinate annual risk assessment activities including data collection, stakeholder interviews, and documentation compilation Assist in risk assessment methodology updates and implementation Support risk register maintenance and quarterly risk assessment updates Facilitate risk assessment review and approval processes Support new product and service risk assessments from a BSA/AML perspectiveChange Management:
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on BSA/AML policies, procedures, and systems Coordinate change impact analysis for system, process, and organizational modifications affecting compliance requirements Maintain current documentation and version control for all BSA/AML policies and procedures affected by changesPlanning and Project Management:
Support the development and maintenance of annual BSA/AML program plans Assist in resource planning and allocation for compliance initiatives Monitor project progress and identify potential issues for escalationWhat You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, compliance, or related field 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or program management Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and banking compliance requirements, inclusive of Banking as a Service, and payment processing Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools AML or Fraud certification required Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across business lines Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgmentWork Environment/Physical Demands:
This position is largely self-directed, and requires a thorough understanding of company policy, procedures and values. Team members will be required to always adhere to safety requirements and in all work environments.
The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Salary range: $104,000– $174,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
