We are seeking a BSS Service Delivery Manager to act as Single Point and Main Escalation Contact for the customer with regards to Communications platforms-related issues/questions and interface and liaise with the customerĀ“s Operations & Maintenance.
What You'll Do
Technical lead for the project or projects assigned. Act as Single Point and Main Escalation Contact for the customer with regards to Communications platforms-related issues/questions Interface and liaise with the customerĀ“s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, and Our Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams in the event of emergencies/crisis Manage and actively help in every support-related request or concern raised by the customer. Develop and improve Service Delivery activities, processes, and best practices that guarantee customer satisfaction related to our support. Lead and mentor team assigned to his/her projects. Supervise and monitor general performance and infrastructure operation. Perform quality controls and monitor all customer-related communicationsWhat You'll Bring
Good understanding of BSS Domain, business trends and needs for the communications service provider in the Billing Domain Good understanding of GIT as a Repository management and JENKINS as an automated deployment tools. GIT Repository management code/configuration/document i.e. repository management using GIT. JENKINS Creating automated deployment files as per the defined standard formats. Expert level Knowledge on the below: Account structure and hierarchy with Customer lifecycle management. Provisioning Services Loading Rated Events (UEL) Configuring and Running Billing Designing and Generating Invoices Managing Accounts Receivable Configuring and Collecting Payments Collections Manager [Ready to learn Collections wrt new tool/platform] Integrating BRM with Middleware (AIA/OSB) through both JCA and WSM (Web Service Manager). OPCODE customization and customization of various facility modules. Well versed in writing Multi-Threaded Applications (MTA). Development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a complex project module. Well versed in using BRM tools like Pricing Centre; Customer Centre; Payment Tool; Collection Configuration Centre. Expert level knowledge on Installation; administering BRM application and database.Desirable Functional/Technical Skills
Experience in C/C++/Java/ Pro*C; PERL; SHELL; Oracle Database; SQL; PL/SQL. English: Advanced verbal and written. Adopt to new or changed conditions in day-to-day work. Eagerness to work and learn in challenging situations and willingness to change status quo. Building domain knowledge and technical skills to reach levels of expertise.
