Key capabilities and responsibilities:

The role is focused on leading, defining, developing, integrating, coordinating quality related activities in innovations, technology and engineering design and supporting the business to win in the market.

For this specific role, we are looking for a person, who is mastery of quality related standards, food safety regulation requirements, great quality audit skills, good understanding of business requirements and keep good communication with others, always be open-minded and be flexible to changes.

-       Mastery of quality management standards and food safety related regulations

-       Collaborative manufacture(CM, same as 3rd party manufacturing) quality management which including quality audit and gap closing tracking;

-       Collaborative manufacture(CM)onsite Quality monitoring during production;

-       Collaborative manufacture(CM)onsite Product regular sampling and monitoring both from manufacturing and onshelf

-       Delighting consumer experiences through driving meaningful quality standards close to consumer needs.

-       Working together with cross-functions to enable innovation projects on time delivery with normative risk assessment process to ensure good product quality.

-       Guiding Collaborative manufacture(CM)on quality improvement projects and key quality gap closing.

-       Using digital tools and data to deeply understand products performance and recognize opportunities to improvements.

-       Other capabilities fit for company requirements, e.g. learning capability, regulatory compliance, etc.

The role reports directly to Greater China Foods Quality Manager.

Education

Academic background in Technology/Quality Management or other technical discipline
