The BU Sales Operations Intern is a 10-week hybrid internship based in Chicago, IL. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sales operations and analytics. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to gain insights into sales processes and contribute to initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency. 

Internship Dates: June 2nd – August 7th

  

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Support the BU Sales Operations team in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to improve business performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and field sales to ensure alignment on sales strategies Gather and analyze data related to key business initiatives, identifying key insights and opportunities for process improvementExplore strategies to enhance our partnership in Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, identifying ways to expand accessibility and engagement Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and tools Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in General Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields A strong interest in a career in sales with a desire to learn and grow in this field Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow established processes and contribute to process improvementsA self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with ERP systems is a plus
