Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong NetSuite skills to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Requirements + Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets. + Utilize NetSuite to streamline processes, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure data integrity. + Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP. + Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. + Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. + Support the annual audit process, including preparation of required documentation. + Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA preferred. + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. + Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is required; experience with NetSuite implementations is a plus. + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. + Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial tools/software. + Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
