Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Budget Analytics Change Manager to join their team! This role will support the Department of Defense (DoD) by managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging expertise in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial management solutions and drive user adoption of analytic tools.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand financial management needs, generate product roadmaps, and provide tailored solutionsWork with development teams to translate requirements into usable products, leveraging financial data to identify trends and create visually compelling reports and dashboardsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of dashboards and analytics, providing leadership to developers and guidance to end-usersDevelop approaches, create PowerPoint presentations, and facilitate meetingsAnalyze current applications in relation to user needs and identify potential areas for improvementPlan, develop, and implement an effective Change Management strategy to support user adoption of analytic tools and ensure community requirements are prioritized with development teamsDevelop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to support the adoption of analytic toolsAlign goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives across analytical products and portfoliosRequirements
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in DoD Financial Management within DoD Headquarters or DoD ComponentsKnowledge of Qlik, Tableau, or Power BIExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accuratelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholdersDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesEducation/Certification Requirements
