Preferred Qualifications + Experience with SAP , Marketplace, and Concur. + Experience in higher education budgeting processes and procedures. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work under general supervision, learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize workload. Job Description Responsible for monitoring and administering budgets at the department/office level. Responsible for providing budget change data entry, technical advice and support to department/office account managers. Job Duties + Assist Director with all budget accounts. + Reconciliations for all budgets. + Process invoices and checks for accuracy. + Maintain and assist director/faculty with departmental operating, internal grant accounts, research, startups. + Travel applications (students/faculty) – coordinate travel funds. + Pre-approval of purchase requisitions prior to preparation. + Process paperwork for scholarship recipients. + Create purchase requisitions and associated tracking, receiving and troubleshooting. + Handles scholarship fund balances for committee. + Completes all school deposits for the Fashion Merchandising program and the Dietetic program. + Filing – accounting information. + Order general office supplies, printing requests, forms, and printer paper. + Ordering of all lab supplies for nutrition faculty.
