Job Description The CAPEX Settlement Expert plays a vital role in assisting with Goods Receipt (GR) and Purchase Order (PO) closure processes, ensuring compliance with financial targets and driving efficiency. This position involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting process optimization efforts, and collaborating with vendors to resolve discrepancies. He/she will prepare detailed reports, coordinates with cross-functional teams to align GR cost analysis with organizational goals, and contributes to continuous improvement by researching and applying best practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in managing the Goods Receipt (GR) and Purchase Order (PO) closure processes, ensuring compliance with financial targets and supporting cost-saving initiatives.Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of GR operations, aligning efforts with organizational objectives.Support process optimization initiatives within GR by identifying improvement areas and assisting in implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with vendors to verify that submitted GR requests align with purchase orders and acceptance certificates, addressing discrepancies as needed.Prepare and maintain detailed GR reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights against set targets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including proponents, procurement, logistics, and finance, to align GR cost analysis with organizational goals.Assist in promoting continuous improvement within GR & PO closure processes by researching and applying best practices and innovative solutions.Support the Managed Services team by sharing knowledge and assisting with training on cost analysis methodologies and GR process enhancements.Assist in the exploration and implementation of advanced technologies and automation tools to improve cost analysis within the CAPEX Settlement function.Contribute to a collaborative team environment by actively participating in performance discussions and promoting a positive work attitude.Support team initiatives to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
