Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Budget Manager with Federal Grants experience. Responsibilities: • Overseeing and directing annual budget preparations. • Managing billing functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy. • Implementing effective budget processes and providing guidance on federal funding. • Ensuring compliance with federal government reporting requirements. • Utilizing NetSuite for financial tracking and reporting. • Conducting regular reviews of budgeting practices to identify areas for improvement. • Handling federal grant applications and monitoring their usage. • Reporting on budgeting and federal funding activities to the senior management. Requirements • Proficiency in annual budget planning and execution is mandatory. • Demonstrated experience in managing billing functions. • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with budget processes. • Solid background in capital management. • Familiarity with federal grant application and management. • Proven expertise in budgeting practices. • Experience with federal funding and its regulations. • Knowledgeable about federal government reporting requirements. • Proficiency in using NetSuite software for financial management is a plus.
