Job Title: Budget Reimplementation Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Reimplementation Project Manager to join our team. This role is 100% remote, but occasional travel to Seattle, WA may be required. You will work closely with the product owner to manage gap analysis workshops, collaborate with vendors for solution implementation, and lead a project team to deliver budget management improvements and cloud migration.

ResponsibilitiesManage gap analysis workshops to understand current business processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with vendors to resolve identified gaps in the enhanced product and oversee cloud migration.Create a shared vision and strategy for delivering a complex project involving multiple stakeholders and business partners.Establish and monitor key metrics to govern business and technology outcomes.Develop and oversee integrated program plans with selected vendors, business, and technology resources.Align stakeholders to enable a high-performing operating culture for successful business and technology outcomes.Oversee business and project workstreams including business process management, organizational change management, business analysis, and related functional specifications.Deliver the full scope of the project to meet predefined business needs and requirements.Apply program/project management skills including direction, monitoring, and oversight for teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and staff.Develop detailed project plans with a well-defined work breakdown structure, resource-loaded schedules, risk management plans, and more.Supervise execution activities, monitor overall plans and deliverables, and report to stakeholders and management on status.Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective actions.Essential SkillsProven experience in project management, including change order, RFI, and PMP certification.Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.Experience with stage gates, change management, process improvement, and project coordination.5+ years of experience in providing expert-level technology program/project management on highly complex projects.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, business teams, technical teams, and external agencies.Skilled in influencing stakeholders and driving decisions to closure.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change Management, Organization Development, or Process Improvement.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience managing a team of professionals, including IT professionals and Business Analysts.Ability to develop and deploy project best practices from planning through project closeout.Experience managing projects using various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).Utilizing formal change control and change management programs.Work Environment

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Seattle, WA. You will ensure business analysis activities are completed, demonstrating that requirements are developed, maintained, and traced, and that the voice of the business is heard. You will define and adopt processes required during deployments, develop operational business processes and governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and guidelines. You will manage the Race Equity Toolkit Process and Outcomes as required, facilitate solution architecture design, and conduct project closeout activities including lessons learned, requirement/scope validations, and handover to operations and maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $53.75/hr.
