The Building People are seeking a qualified BUILDER Field Assessor  Travel requirements for meeting project delivery schedule; 2 weeks onsite, 1 week remote/home ·         Provide technical field assessment services for building infrastructure and components, site infrastructure, and site utilities ·         Familiarity with A10 Foundations, A20 Basement, B10 Superstructure, B20 Exterior, B30 Roofing, C10 Interior Construction, C20 Stairs, C30 Interior     Finishes, D10 Conveyance, D20 Plumbing, D30 HVAC, D40 Fire Protection, D50 Electrical, E10 Equipment classifications. ·         Perform Direct Condition Rating (DCR) through the use of BUILDER SMS, validating condition, status, component, for Green/Amber/Red status, with comment insertion and photographs. ·         Determine maintenance requirements, dynamic (equipment) and non-dynamic (architectural features). ·         Maintain Quality control continuity to apply consistent measurable condition status’ across multiple buildings and sites. ·         Attention to detail for the data capture on condition ratings and associated costs. ·         Provide level of understanding of RPIE and DoD Assets – unique site/building/infrastructure asset data model, directly corresponds back the data   hierarchy within BUILDER.
