Building Administration Staff

General Administrative Works:

Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the building and office space, including cleanliness, repairs, and improvements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all building and facilities-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Assist with the planning and execution of office relocations or expansions as needed. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and announcement of talent visits. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests. Supervise drivers and housekeeper. Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.

Compliance:

Responsible with the non-life insurance requirements of Rumble Royale. Ensures all required permits and licenses are acquired, renewed, and maintained. Reviewing all the regulatory requirements of each governing bodies to guarantee that all certifications are acquired. Represents the organization in dealing with issues and concerns from both Local and National Government Units. Reviews the current status of the organization to ensure that all compliance requirements of different governing bodies are properly observed.

Basic Occupational Health and Safety:

Responsible for the safety programs in Rumble Royale. Ensures that all employees are strictly in compliance with all the established safety practices. Leads as Safety Officer in the implementation of health and safety practices throughout the organization. Ensures compliance with Dole Occupational Health and Safety standards. Designs, develops, and reviews health and safety programs that will enhance the productivity and longevity of employee’s health and physical capabilities. Closely coordinates with the Human Resources for health and wellness programs as well as safety compliance and incident/accident reports.

Security:

Handles the security within the Rumble Royale facilities. Directly coordinates with the security agencies for any issues and concerns relating to the deployed personnel and of their performance. Monitors the performance and effectiveness of the deployed security personnel to all Rumble Royale facilities. Defines the security measures and protocols that all security personnel will comply and implement. Reviews existing security measures and protocols from time to time and determines enhancement in alignment with the continuous improvement of the organization. Conducts audit, reviews compliance, evaluates, and communicates to the management of the security agency for any findings and/or improvements.
