Calling all career minded Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineers. In this role, you will provide engineering, programming, and commissioning support for a variety of projects as well as provide technical assistance to our BAS Technicians.

A day in the life:

Engineer, program, and commission building automation and control systems for design-build, retrofit, and construction Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements Evaluate and approve design changes and specifications Coordinate BAS project activities such as scheduling, installation, resolve engineering design and test problems, conduct start-up and commissioning services, and perform training on newly installed systems Provide engineering, programming, and commissioning support for BAS service team

You should have:

Experience with programming, troubleshooting, and repairing building automation and control systems Experience working with Distech, LON, BACnet, Tridium, JCI, Carrier Controls, and American Auto-Matrix control systems Ability to analyze data and resolve engineering problems Able to install work from drawings, submittals and specifications Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
