All the while, we'll provide you with opportunities to keep advancing your career. **A caregiver in this position works 10:30PM - 7:00AM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Assist with installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, analyzing and/or maintaining Building Automation Systems, remote connections and system malfunctions. + Respond to alarms and alerts. + Ensure safe and effective operations and working environments. + Monitor all critical temperature and humidity devices, such as meters and gauges. + Assist with inspecting and calibrating devices. + Assist other caregivers with inventory. + Record for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems. + Work at other Cleveland Clinic locations as needed. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + A high school diploma or GED. + One year of exposure and demonstrated understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or building automation systems (BAS). + Strong customer service background. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $17.25 Maximum hourly: $26.31 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
