We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a luxury high-rise condominium. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\nGreet residents and guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.\nManage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.\nCoordinate package deliveries and maintain accurate logs.\nMonitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed.\nAssist with scheduling service requests and communicating with property management.\nProvide information about building amenities and local services.\nHandle emergencies or escalate issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.\n\n

Multiple shift options are available, making this role flexible for those with full-time schedules who want to supplement their income.

\n RequirementsRequirements:\n\nExperience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.\nSkills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAvailability: Ability to work part-time with flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).\nProfessionalism: Reliable, courteous, and able to maintain confidentiality.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light tasks as needed.\n
