Building Engineer
Overview

As a Building Engineer at University Retirement Comunity, you’ll ensure proper inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment, including troubleshooting our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling (HVAC) systems. 

 

You’ll get to know the building inside and out, but you’ll also get to interact with our residents on a daily basis – what better way to grow relationships, build connections and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day. 

 

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hr DOE

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am-4:30pm
