QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with license Preferrably with at least 3 years of wroking experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Maintenance Preferrably with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities Candidate must have good analytical ability and technical knowledge Having a Pollution Control Officer training certificate is definitely an advantage Preferrably has knowledge in Design and Autocad Candidate must be able to speak and write in English

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supervising, checking and monitoring of electrical and mechanical equipment of the mall to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions
