**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for the management of the client’s critical environment infrastructure and practical delivery of best in class operational standards resulting in an excellent engineering service.
Operational management of CBRE’s specialist M&E Supply Chain and OEM in order to deliver a best in class service with the ultimate objective of meeting the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
**What You'll Do**
+ Responsible for all engineering matters.
+ Provide support to the Account Director, providing tactical and operational delivery reports as well as Supply Partner management and direction across the region as required.
+ Manage incident and escalation, engineering problem solving, fault finding and root cause analysis for the region acting as the primary interface with the client, local vendor partner, and other stakeholders.
+ Putting in place measure to maintain 100% uptime of the Critical Environment Equipment (Banking Environment) as part of the SLA / KPI.
+ Ensure adherence and consistency to corporate standards for the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure, change controls procedures, incident management and other relevant policies and procedures.
+ Conduct regular reviews of existing operations to ensure maintenance and operating standards and environments are adequate for each facility, including risk register management.
+ Support all internal and external audits of critical systems environments, participate in the audit process in providing the relevant documentation, site attendance, audit meetings, liaising with client to response to audit queries and ensure the gaps identified are closed in a timely manner.
+ Managing of M&E Asset Lifecycle and refresh programs. Prepare, maintain and update SOP for all M&E services and M&E documentations (i.e. Handover Docs, Drawings, Plans)
+ Support the management of compliance within country legislation in terms of statutory maintenance, health, safety and environmental management.
+ Ensure planned preventative and corrective maintenance activities are delivered to plan, on time, with particular emphasis on critical maintenance, fire impairment policies, work authorisation and permit process.
+ Leverage on CMMS tool to ensure all maintenance activities are logged/scheduled, track, complete and close on time in accordance to the priority and criticality.
+ Manages and approves all repair, operating and maintenance contracts within delegated contracting and signing authority and manages supplier and service contract performance.
+ Determine material, equipment, tools and spare parts to be used for maintenance jobs.
+ Other ad hoc duties as assigned
**What You'll Need**
+ Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related studies
+ Around 5 years of relevant experience in a technical role
+ Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and skills
+ Must have good communication and leadership skills.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
**Work Schedule** : This role will be on a 5.5 day work week. This role is also expected to attend to any investigations on alarms or any incidents after office hours.
