Salary Range: $79,955.20 - $100,006.40

Building Engineer must have a minimum of (5-8) years' experience in building maintenance and operation, maintaining facilities, and working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform operations and preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS, boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
