What you will do: Provide expert consultation on building envelope solutions, including walls, windows, and foundation systems to improve thermal performance Recommend materials and systems that enhance energy efficiency and building durability Conduct site assessments to identify areas where building envelope improvements can be made to optimize performance Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure project compliance and superior customer solutions Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of building envelope materials and maintain excellent customer service Create product demand and influence early-stage project decisions, particularly with C-suite leaders What you will bring: Over 5 years of construction industry experience with in-depth knowledge of the construction process and value chain Proven success influencing specifications with architects, engineers, and consultants Strong sales skills with expertise in prospecting, qualification, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals Skilled in selling to general contractors and managing complex sales processes Experience in focus segments: Glass & Glazing, Waterproofing, Building & Parking Restoration Track record of closing large projects and working in a collaborative team environment
