Responsibilities Maintains building utility equipment such as air compressors, water chillers, and air conditioners at optimum efficiency.Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed, investigate on going issues and solve utilizing all resources such as manuals, vendor service groups, etc.Perform repairs to equipment in a quality manner quickly and efficiently, ensuring work has been completed properly and equipment is in good working order.Miscellaneous building maintenance duties to include but not limited to custodial, painting and back up to other maintenance personnel.Utilize preventative maintenance schedule from Maintenance Management program to schedule and perform machinery repairs.Submits requisitions for purchase orders for repair parts and materials required in his/her area of responsibility. Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Preferred candidate will have experience in a hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance environment with related experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
