POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on both the buildings and building equipment.

Duties include: Making scheduled tests and inspections; Determining necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to the HVAC system, plumbing, refrigeration equipment, electrical, lighting systems, compressed air systems, water cooled chillers, and DDC building automation systems.


Individuals must be able to perform skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment and other related physical plant.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Five years related experience in Mechanical / HVAC system maintenance in a
Commercial / Industrial environment required. Individuals must have CT / S-1 or S-2 license.
