Job Summary
Building maintenance specialist and property administrator who conducts building operations and maintenance activities, coordinates facility programs and projects, and supervises building personnel; by inspecting the facility, analyzing building data, forecasting future needs, solving problems, and communicating with others; to ensure the efficient and sustainable operations of the facility and the satisfaction of the facility occupants.
Essential Functions
Provides coordination, control and supervision of all facilities related services at Queen Ln Campus to ensure a high level of customer service. Preplans and schedules all tasks and activities, ensuring service providers are coordinated & scheduled. Process customer work requests and generates work orders. Assists in planning and scheduling all maintenance and custodial tasks and activities, ensuring service providers are coordinated & scheduled. Conducts regular quality assurance inspections of Queen Ln Campus facilities and off site Drexel University assigned medical office facilities. Produces deficiency reports of for senior management. Monitors DU Registrars office room schedule program (Astra) and provides coordination of service provider tasks and customer requests providing room set-up requirements to ensure customer satisfaction for classes, major events, meetings and conferences. Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants. Ensure accuracy of work order details and verify completed work by DU facilities maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors. Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility related quality assurance and maintenance issues, and events. Communicating regularly with all facility service providers and and participating in regular meetings to coordinate schedules and assure readiness of the facility for all activities and maintenance tasks.Required Qualifications

This is a Part-Time casual position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
