Job Description

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a building maintenance team and managing subcontractors. The position holder will therefore be required to:

Manage a team of 20 people, including janitorial staff and building maintenance workers;Manage and maintain the upkeep of multiple buildings (HVAC, Fire protection systems, industrial garage doors, etc.);Coordinate interventions with various external partners;Manage subcontractors from purchase requests to work validation and invoicing;Use the CMMS system;Handle administrative tasks;If necessary, assist staff with wall, floor, and ceiling repairs, door installations (locks, handles, hinges, etc.), carpentry work, and minor tasks (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.);Perform other related tasks."

QualificationsMinimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;Valid Class 5 driver's license;Strong skills in personnel management;Good customer service;Good physical condition;Resourcefulness and autonomy
