**Job Description** **General Purpose:** This position is responsible for performing maintenance on plant structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles. **Duties and Responsibilities:** § Timely completion of Building Maintenance Work Orders. § Complete timely and accurate repairs. § Maintain Grounds. § Ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning. § Maintain Grounds Equipment. § Perform root cause analysis. **Requirements** **Minimum Qualifications:** **Education and Experience** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Verifiable building and grounds maintenance experience, residential wiring, concrete/tile work, minor automotive repair, plumbing, painting, and construction experience. **_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_** + Must have strong mechanical / construction skills.
