**Adecco is hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician in Berkley, MO 2nd shift hours, $23.50 an hour.** **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** • Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. • 18 months (One 18-month periods) maintenance related experience, including a minimum of 500 hours of on-the-job experience. • Must have experience with welding, mechanical systems, high pressure gas systems and basic PLC skills. • Must have a confirmed understanding of electrical installation & construction, AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics & pneumatics systems. • Able to move up to 50 lbs. • Perform area housekeeping duties. • Background in industrial systems. • Work scheduled shift, weekends and holidays as required. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. **Other Job Requirements:** • Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and balanced workplace environment. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be aware of potential exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; and high noise areas. Work Schedule: 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians works 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm **Shift Hours** Monday- Wednesday (10 days strait) 4 days off, 5 days on 2 days off and back to 10 days/4 off schedule.
