Position Information Position Title Building Maintenance Technician FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Building Maintenance Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 12.94 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:00-4:30 Fri 7:00-11:00 Summary of Position This is a skilled position whose overall duties and responsibilities are to assure that the following listed duties and tasks are efficiently accomplished. Minimum Required Education A high school diploma or equivalent required. College or Technical Service School preferred. Minimum Required Experience A minimum of 3 years experience in construction or maintenance, OR 1 Year related experience with a vocational training certificate Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Proficient in all aspects of the building trades. + Must have skills required for maintenance such as drywall, tile, roofing, insulation, ceiling grid, painting, and general maintenance. + Self-Starter and ability to work individually or part of a team. + Must have sufficient command of the English Language to accomplish assigned responsibilities.
