Pay: 52000 - $62400 / year (paid hourly)
Schedule: M - F; 7:30a - 4p (with flexibility as needed)

The Building Maintenance person will have a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and responding to Work Orders related to maintaining and repairing client’s facility building interiors. Building Maintenance person expected to demonstrate technical expertise in light plumbing, general carpentry, modular furniture light repair/assembly-disassembly and be multi-skilled in other housekeeping tasks to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments.
Maintenance
Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.General interior maintenance – patching/painting, hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems, repair doors and other building envelope maintenance tasks.Assist the building maintenance operations team in the repairs of building and equipment and/or as directedMoves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requestedReplace overhead lighting elements and ballastsOther tasks as assignedSafety
